Your safari adventure begins at Zanzibar International Airport. At 7:00 AM, our driver will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the airport for an exciting bush flight to Mikumi National Park.

Upon arrival at Mikumi National Park, a guide will be waiting at the airstrip to greet you and take you on a game drive through the park. The drive will eventually end at Vuma Hills Tented Camp, where your guide will assist you with check-in and allow you time to settle in.

You can spend your time at the camp enjoying a cold drink while overlooking the panoramic views or relaxing beside the swimming pool.

In the afternoon, you will head out again to explore the national park on another game drive. Your exciting exploration will end back at the camp at dusk, just in time to freshen up before enjoying drinks around the campfire.

Begins with breakfast at the camp before heading out for a full-day game drive in Mikumi National Park. Accompanied by your guide, you will explore different areas of the park while searching for wildlife such as lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and many other animals in their natural habitat.

You will enjoy extensive wildlife viewing across the park’s open plains and woodland areas, with opportunities to stop for photos and learn more about the animals and ecosystem from your guide.

After the day’s exploration, you will return to Vuma Hills Tented Camp to relax, enjoy dinner, and spend another night surrounded by the peaceful wilderness of Mikumi National Park.

After breakfast, you will have the chance to enjoy one final game drive through Mikumi National Park as you slowly make your way to the airstrip for your flight back to the beaches of Zanzibar.
