It began with
a feeling.

In 2019, a first visit to the Serengeti inspired an idea: to help other people experience the wonder of Tanzania’s wildlife and landscapes.

That feeling became Akondo Adventures. Today, the team creates personal safaris, mountain adventures, beach holidays and cultural experiences, with thoughtfully chosen places to stay and a commitment to the communities and nature around us.

From our home in Arusha, we help bring the beautiful details together.
