ITINERARY

Today will have a flight from Zanzibar/Arusha to Serengeti in the morning, On your arrival at Seronera Airstrip, our guide will be there to pick you up and then continue with a game drive. In the evening, you will be heading to your camp for dinner and your overnight stay. We will spend two days exploring these endless plains full of wildlife.

Serengeti is located in northern Tanzania and is a World Heritage Site occupying an area of around 15,000 square kilometers. It has over 2 million herbivores, 4000 lions, 1000 leopards, 550 cheetahs and some 500 bird species. This area is with massive herds of migratory wildebeest and zebra during the dry season. However, the North Serengeti also supports an abundance of resident wildlife including lion, elephant, hippo, giraffe, crocodile and the rare oribi antelope.

 

 

On this day, spend a full day game drives in Serengeti National Park. You will continue to explore the park trying to spot animals including Big Five African animals with the help of Our friendly and Professional guide. Later in the evening you will drive to Ngorongoro area, Overnight relax to accommodation located on the Crater rim.

After breakfast, we will drive inside the crater where you will be able to see a great number of animals living within the crater including lions, buffalos, zebra, hyenas, and antelopes. If you are lucky, we will be able to see the rhinoceros. Enjoy a picnic lunch along the crater lake. Proceed with game drives and afterwards, you will drive to Arusha where your Safari will end.

 

The crater is the world’s largest caldera which was formed after the explosion which occurred approximately 2-3 million years ago. The crater floor is 1,800 meters (5,900 feet) above sea level. The area has around 30,000 animals and a great variety of birds.

Flight from Zanzibar to Serengeti.
