You’ll be staying at Selous River Camp as your base for visiting Nyerere National Park. The camp sits high above the banks of the Selous River, and there are beautiful sunset views from the swimming pool, bar, and restaurant. Accommodation is in mud-walled bungalows or simple tents. You’re not far from the park entrance, and frequent visitors to camp include elephants and black-and-white colobus monkeys. The peaceful setting allows you to fully unwind while still being close to the park’s main attractions, offering an authentic bush experience that blends comfort with a true sense of wilderness, and providing easy access to game drives and boat safaris along the Rufiji River.
